ANGER BOX

When the child is angry, after something has gone wrong at home, on the way to school, in the classroom or at recess, we encourage the child to unload these feelings on a piece of paper, tearing and crumpling it, making all his anger is transferred to the paper, which is then placed in the box. After this ritual (tear, crush and put in the box) and the child calms down, the educator takes the opportunity to talk to the child about the reason that left him in that state.

The box must be in a visible place so that the child can use it alone and whenever they feel the need.
